Friendly Harbor Community Outreach Program

Friendly Harbor will provide increased quality peer specialist support services to those with mental health and substance use conditions and their families. In part this would include an outreach program that would serve individuals who cannot or are not ready to visit our facility. This request will add a half-time trained peer specialist to provide outreach to as many as 780 individuals/year as well as additional on-site services to approximately 200 individuals per year.
