Housing Stability and Opportunity Program

Provide a holistic, continuum of care approach to help vulnerable individuals find or retain safe housing and receive support services to increase access to health, stability and opportunity. Prioritize people of color, to remediate the social inequities that may have been factors in the current state of need, with target populations of homeless, formerly incarcerated, refugees, low-income seniors and single parent families.
