Support of a case management program at the Longmont Veterans Village set to open at the end of December 2019. The Veterans Village will be located in Longmont, Colorado and will consist of 25 tiny homes and a Community Center that provides full service case management and support for homeless Veterans in Longmont and the surrounding Northern Colorado region.
