MCPN Change Capital Project

Replace the aged accounting system with a software that can reduce budgeting and reporting cycle times, improve accuracy and efficiency, and allow managers to access relevant data with self-service reports and dashboards. In addition to the FP&A system investment, this project also centers around fostering a culture shift, as MCPN leadership recognizes that the utilization of financial data can be a valuable tool in strengthening mission delivery.
