Strengthen CHARG Resource Center's ability to serve more adults with serious mental illnesses (SMI) through a member-driven, community-focused model to guide and provide services in support of lives in recovery. Better serve a more diverse community than traditionally reached, improving the health of those served while addressing the health inequities of marginalized groups.
