Construct a bike playground and non-technical trail system on undeveloped space at Dos Rios Elementary School, in one of the lowest income areas in Mesa County. Neighborhood-based outdoor opportunities like the proposed beginner-friendly trails diminish barriers to outdoor activity for children, their families, and other neighborhood residents.
