Project Description
Offer transitional employment opportunities for individuals experiencing barriers to employment such as addiction, mental health challenges, homelessness and/or incarceration where participants receive peer-led, non-clinical recovery supports that are strategically integrated into every aspect of the job training program. Support peer-to-peer recovery, job coaching, peer support specialist training and community-building interventions to support recovery and develop resilience.
