Project Description

Provide paid on-the-job training and soft skills development to individuals left out of the workforce due to addictions, mental health challenges, homelessness and incarceration. Production Assistants and Team Leads, who are former participants with similar lived experiences, will receive additional training in peer-to-peer recovery, which will be augmented by the work of the Job Coach, the onsite counselor and formal recovery-based programming.
