Providence at the Heights: Permanent Supportive Housing

Support Providence at the Heights (PATH), permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness who would benefit from services due to behavioral health challenges and criminal justice involvement. With welcoming services rooted in mentoring and including training/employment, health/mental health care and practical resources, Second Chance Center offers residents the chance to build healthy, stable, and successful lives at PATH.
