Project Description
Increase the amount of scratch cooking that is taking place in St. Vrain Valley School District (SVVSD) cafeterias and transition away from processed school meals. This will be accomplished by utilizing centralized production kitchens, providing the necessary equipment to increase scale, efficiency and safety, piloting fresh product vending machines, and by engaging students, family and the community throughout this transition process.
