Improve health insurance literacy for Summit County residents by increasing the number of opportunities for individuals to gain information on how to better understand and use health insurance. This includes increasing individuals' capacities to find and evaluate information about health plans, select the best plan given financial and health circumstances and better understand how to use the plan once enrolled.
