Skill Tracks

Build skills to facilitate resiliency and foster healthy minds through Skill Tracks, a client-centered, holistic program for young adults ages 18-26. Participants work with coaches for in-depth support along with evidence-based group programming (i.e., tracks) that they need to better cope and function despite adversity or trauma.

Providence at the Heights: Permanent Supportive Housing

Support Providence at the Heights (PATH), permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness who would benefit from services due to behavioral health challenges and criminal justice involvement. With welcoming services rooted in mentoring and including training/employment, health/mental health care and practical resources, Second Chance Center offers residents the chance to build healthy, stable, and successful lives at PATH.

Growing the Primary Care Workforce for Southern Colorado

Increase the numbers of nurses, both RN and BSN, medical assistants, and dental assistants graduating from Pikes Peak Community College with experience at safety net providers, through rotations and internships, and a greater likelihood of working with those providers.

Family Tree Generational Opportunities to Achieve Long-Term Success (GOALS)

Facilitate a two-generation (2-Gen) temporary housing program for families experiencing homelessness, focusing on early childhood education, social capital, health and well-being, economic assets and safe/stable housing. Each family has a safe place to live while working with Family Tree and partners on long-term goals for stability and economic independence. Families can stay connected with Generational Opportunities to Achieve Long-Term Success (GOALS) providers for on-going support.

Housing Works Program - Expansion

Provide working families a unique solution to the severe shortage of housing options - that results from two out of three units being either vacation homes or listed in the short term rental market. By partnering with home-owners and local businesses, HWP returns housing stock back to locals, thereby creating healthier families and neighborhoods.

Housing For Survivors

Support the Housing For Survivors program and wrap around services for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse who are engaged in this program.

Adams 12 School Leadership Project, United Neighborhoods

Work to develop the talents and skills of parents at McElwain and Coronado Hills elementary schools in South Thornton. In collaboration with school leaders, develop and implement parent engagement plans aimed at strengthening parent leadership, advocacy, and school culture to support student success.
